Runs the kernel at three resolutions on the same fixed physical domain. Observed order should land near p ≈ 1 for first-order upwind and between 1 and 2 for TVD van-Leer (formally 2nd-order; drops to 1 at the shock).

500-ft column, injector left / producer right, 0.25 d total, 20 rb/d water. Held-constant domain + throughput; only nx and dt refine. Buckley-Leverett shock — first-order upwind smears, TVD resolves.
