Runs SI_FI_SCENARIOS (derived from compositionalBlackOil3PNumerics.test.ts) through both sequential IMPES and the Sprint B fully-implicit Picard driver. Δp / ΔSw should be ≪ engineering tolerance at safe dt; ΣSw mass drift should stay near zero in both modes.
