Physics-loss operator training

The surrogate is fit from the transient-diffusion residual itself — no stored high-fidelity runs required. Boundary and initial conditions enter as weighted residual terms, and the promotion gate refuses any surrogate whose physics residuals exceed tolerance, so an unconverged fit can never be painted as solved.
