p_wf(t) drift-guard report

Configure the Δt sweep and time window, then generate a downloadable HTML or JSON report. All Δt values must divide the checkpoint cadence; the time window must be a multiple of the cadence.

Raw |Δp_wf| rows for [argmax − N, argmax + N] are emitted per Δt. 0 disables the drilldown.
