When enabled, the DFN-CSV validation summary marks the field with the largest cross-unit residue with a ★ badge in the residue table and the diagnostic chart. Underlying numeric values are never changed by this setting.

Shortens or disables the ember ring pulse that appears when jumping to a field in the RTA section search. Also respects your system prefers-reduced-motion setting.

Pad scheduler

Perf-stage match (global default)
When the pad scheduler imports a perf list, this mode decides how perf rows are paired with treatment stages. Exact drops perfs whose stage index has no treatment row; Nearest maps them to the closest stage. Per-workspace overrides take precedence.

Solver

Solver preferences
Global flags that affect every live run. Both reservoir-coupling flags now default ON — flip OFF here to fall back to the legacy PDL-only path.

Thread the in-house transient single-phase Darcy grid into every Newton iterate of live DFIT runs (KGD / PKN / Carter). Off → legacy PDL-only path.

Substitute the single-phase grid with the Phase 14 3-phase black-oil IMPES kernel (oil/gas/water + Standing/Vasquez-Beggs PVT + optional energized-CO₂ gas-FVF bridge). Off → fall back to single-phase coupling above.

Idle

Enable enthalpy-specified (PH) and entropy-specified (PS) flash in the Choke advisor and EGS injector advisor. On: choke pressure drops use constant-enthalpy Joule–Thomson cooling; geothermal injectors follow isentropic adiabats and steam quality. Off: legacy pressure-temperature flash with a tabulated JT approximation.

Voice

Voice readback confirmation
When you ask a results question via the floating voice dock, a brief confirmation shows which metric was understood before the answer is spoken.

Play a short tone before the voice assistant speaks the result. Helpful in loud environments to catch your attention.
