Lab budget
Cost per Fann sweep — bench time, sample, consumables and the month's instrument share — and what each stored job pays to pump on the measured curve instead of a PV/YP guess.
Sweep cost = bench time (base + per-reading) × technician rate + sample + consumables + heated cup, plus the month's instrument rental and calibration shared across that month's sweeps, then × (1 + overhead). Job pump cost = ΔP·q/1714 hydraulic hp ÷ drivetrain × engine SFC × pumping hours × delivered fuel price, priced on the lab curve and on the Bingham PV/YP cross-check.
No sweep has been published yet, so the lab has no recorded cost. Publish a sweep on /fann-lab and it lands here with its own bench time and instrument share.
No stored job to price — save a job on the job database first.
Pump hp = ΔP·q/1714 at 85 % drivetrain and 0.057 gal/hp·hr, 18.0 pumping hr per job at 420 gpm and $4.25/gal.
