Your data stays yours
You keep ownership of the well, completion, diagnostic, and simulation data you upload. We process it to operate the features you use, and we do not sell it.
Accounts and access
Accounts are for named individuals — do not share credentials. Team owners are responsible for who they invite and for removing members who leave. API keys act on behalf of your team; rotate or revoke them from settings if one may be exposed.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another team's data, probe or overload the service, use the AI features as a general-purpose relay, or upload content you do not have the right to process.
Engineering judgment
Wellbore Genius produces model results, forecasts, and AI-assisted interpretations. They are decision support, not a substitute for a qualified engineer's review. Model limitations and validity ranges are documented in the manual and on /trust; check them before acting on a result in the field.
Availability and changes
We ship frequently and may change or retire features. Breaking changes to public API endpoints are versioned. Planned maintenance affecting live operations is announced in the app.
Termination and export
You can stop using the service at any time and export your cases and results first. On request we will delete your team's data — see /privacy.
