Pricing
No list prices yet — pilots only
Wellbore Genius is built for operators who are too small to justify a six-figure stimulation-software seat and too serious to design stages in a spreadsheet. Guest mode is free and complete. Beyond that we run scoped pilots instead of quoting a price we cannot yet defend.
The fastest way to judge us: send one pad's DFIT and treating-pressure file and get a calibrated match plus a written list of what the model got wrong in 10 business days.
Every simulator, calculator, and export on the public route map
Full physics stack — no watered-down demo solver
Local-only data: nothing you enter is uploaded unless you sign in
Capability matrix and proof levels published in the open
One asset or pad set modelled against your own logs, treatment records, and diagnostics
Side-by-side reconciliation against your incumbent's output on the same stages
A written result — including where our answer was worse or inconclusive
Direct line to the engineer doing the work, not a support queue
What a pilot costs in time
Week 1
Data handoff: logs, treatment records, any diagnostics you have.
Week 2–3
History match and reconciliation against your incumbent output.
Week 4
Written result and a decision: continue, or walk away cleanly.
Expect roughly four to six hours of your engineer's time across the pilot. Dollar cost is agreed up front once scope is clear — there is no list price to compare against yet, and we would rather say that than publish a number we invented.
Honest limits
Read this before you commit anything
- One module is field-validated today; most are benchmarked or research-grade. /trust lists the exact tier per module.
- We have no third-party audit, no SOC 2 report, and no published operator case studies yet.
- Competitor comparison cells link to public vendor product pages, not dated citations.
- If your workflow needs something we do not have, we will tell you instead of scoping it into a pilot.
Proof levels per module live on /trust, and the shipped-vs-validated split is on /capabilities.
